Build it Better Communications is a boutique strategic growth agency based in Edmond, Oklahoma. We specialize in helping coaches and consultants grow their businesses through the creation of online courses, memberships, communities, websites, sales funnels, and digital marketing campaigns. We also offer an agency platform (powered by white-labeled technology) as part of our service offerings.

2. Use of Content and Intellectual Property

The Site and all content, materials, products, services, videos, training materials, graphics, text, logos, images, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, voice and sound recordings, documents, and the overall look and feel of the Site (collectively, "Content") are owned by or licensed to the Company. By using the Site, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site for your personal and informational purposes only. You may not:

Certain offers purchased directly through the Site — including the core service package — are governed by a separate client contract that outlines the specific terms, deliverables, and obligations for that engagement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and a signed client contract, the client contract shall control.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or offering at any time without prior notice.

4. Purchases, Payments, and Refund Policy

Certain products and services are available for direct purchase through the Site, including workshops and other low-ticket offers. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms.

All sales are final. The Company does not offer refunds on any products or services purchased through the Site, including workshops, low-ticket digital offers, or platform access fees. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

For core service packages and ongoing engagements purchased through the Site, refund terms — if any — are governed exclusively by the client contract executed between you and the Company. These Terms of Use do not override or supplement refund provisions in a signed contract.

5. Client Accounts and Platform Access

The Company uses a proprietary agency platform (powered by white-labeled technology) to deliver services, host client portals, courses, and community spaces. Client accounts are created and managed by the Company on your behalf.

As a client, you may be granted login credentials to access your client portal, course content, community, or other platform features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials with unauthorized third parties

• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you

• Interfere with the platform's operation or security

• Use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

The Company may perform supportive updates, maintenance, and administrative actions within your account as part of the services provided. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate platform access for violation of these Terms or the terms of your client contract.

This Site and its services are intended for adults only. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

6. Email Communications

By registering, purchasing, or submitting your contact information through the Site, you expressly consent to receive email communications from Build it Better Communications. These may include:

• Zoom — video conferencing and virtual meeting delivery

• Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and other advertising platforms — used for digital marketing

The Company is not responsible for the performance, security, or practices of any third-party provider. Any issue arising from a third-party service shall be governed by the agreement between you and that provider. The Company reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether it bears any responsibility for disruptions caused by third-party services.

Links on the Site to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. The Company does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

9. Privacy and Personal Information

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.
